How do I place a custom order?

We are open from 10am-5pm Monday-Friday and 10am-2pm on Saturday. One of our team members will be happy to help you with a custom order. We also offer a wide variety of shipping gift boxes online. If you need a pick up order or custom shipping order please call us or stop by the shop for assistance.

We offer a wide selection of ready made cookies and baked goods in our case each day.

When do I need to place my custom order?

Please provide at least 48 hours notice on all custom orders.

Saturday is considered a “Pickup Only” day. Orders placed for Saturday will need to be taken by end of day, Wednesday.

I need a last minute order?

We are happy to accommodate last minute orders if our schedule allows.

Less than 48 hours notice may result in your order not being able to be completed and/or a $10.00 rush fee.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card, cash or check. We ask for a credit card to hold custom your orders, but the order can be paid for by another method upon pickup.

Can I cancel an order?

Please note that custom orders must be cancelled within 48 hours of pickup or delivery date. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to pick up or not picked up at all ½ of the total will be charged to the credit card on file.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Due to the nature of our baked products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, Two Smart Cookies has been baking and icing cookies for over 10 years, and we take great pride in providing our customers with a quality product and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please call or come in and speak with one of our employees and we will be happy to work with you to correct the issue in whatever way we can.

Store merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with receipt and will be refunded in same manner as original purchase.
